Fees, Payment, and Subscription Details
Payment Platform: Payments are processed through the Stripe payment platform. You may be required to agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Subscription Fees: Fees are tailored for each client and communicated before the subscription starts. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Payment Method: We accept payments via credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Renewals: To renew your subscription, please schedule a call with us at hey@diferentlabs.com. We will discuss the continuation and any adjustments to our collaboration.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time without reason. Cancellations can be made through our website after logging into your account at diferentlabs.com or directly via our Stripe Customer Portal. To ensure processing time and avoid charges for the next month, please initiate the cancellation at least 10 business days before your next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first month of service. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription start date.
Confidentiality of Login Information
Diferent Labs commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your login information for the services we manage on your behalf. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials for our website, and we recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication, if available.
