Spring 2024. Instagram was full of mindset coaches and business mentors filming in offices and rented studios, all saying the same things. He had twenty years in business and good stories, and 800 followers. Nobody could tell him apart.
the strategy
a character,not another coach
We built him a character people recognise in one frame, and a system that asked almost nothing of him. He came to the woods a few times a month and read what we wrote. We did the rest.

the forest, his only studio
Almost every video outdoors: under a tree, in tall grass, in a rapeseed field, by a campfire. No office, no rented studio, no flat.
